How to loose weight very very fast with diets!!!!!!!


The thing to remember when choosing a diet is to choose one you can stick to for a long term if you have more than a couple pounds to lose. Look for flavour, variety, and just something you like. But remember diets don't mean starve it means eat healthfully over and over again.


Here are some diet ideas:

3 day diet (if loosing 10 pounds or less)
 
Breakfast:
Black coffee or tea with Equal or Sweet & Low
1/2 grapefruit or juice
1 slice toast with 1 tablespoon peanut butter

Lunch:
1/2 cup of tuna
1 slice toast
Black coffee or tea with Equal or Sweet & Low

Dinner:
3 ounces of lean meat or chicken (any kind)
1 cup green beans
1 cup carrots
1 apple
1 cup regular vanilla ice cream

DO THIS FOR THREE DAYS WITH SOME EXERCISE AND SEE THE Difference



Jump start programme

Snacks must be a Banana

Breakfast:

Muesli with raspberries & yogurt

Lunch:

Apricot & goats cheese salad

Dinner:

Salmon & olives
